Open/Public Records
Act or FOIA

Nevada’s Open Records Act is one of the broadest in the United States.  Yet public officials hate complying with it.  We have sued for clients and forced the government to turn over records concealed for over a decade.  This includes school records, coroner records, police/sheriff records and records from government agencies.
